Terms and Conditions of Sale
- Buyer agrees that upon registration to bid he/she has seen and agrees to terms and conditions of this sale.
- Everything must be paid in full on the day of the auction regardless of when it is picked up. Nothing to be moved until settled for.
- No Warranty. All descriptions used in advertising and cataloging are believed to be correct; however, neither those descriptions nor any oral statements made by the Owner or Auctioneer concerning any item shall be construed as a warranty. All items are sold “As Is- Where Is.”
- Every effort is made to “guard” merchandise throughout the Auction; however, the bidder becomes solely responsible for all items purchased by him/her immediately following his/her winning bid. Therefore, you are advised to further guard your purchases at your own discretion.
- The Auction Company is not responsible for accidents, injuries, or death.
- Reserved Rights: The Auctioneer reserves the right to group lots, make lots smaller, as well as the right to offer individually or by group. Disputes: If a dispute arises between two or more bidders, the Auctioneer may, at his discretion, reopen the bidding. His designation of a buyer shall be final.
- Announcements: Any announcement made by the Auctioneer takes precedent over any printed matter or any oral statement which may have been made with regard to this Auction.
- No buyer’s premium for live crowd. 5% buyer’s premium to online buyers only.
- Texas tax is 8.25% without Tax ID Number.
- Sale held rain or shine.
